Beaufort & Blake
Updated: September 11, 2026
Beaufort & Blake is a British clothing brand selling men’s and women’s casualwear, including shirts, knitwear, dresses and outerwear, with linen and seasonal collections such as “The Summer Story.” The brand works with named style collaborators and positions itself around heritage-inspired, everyday clothing rather than occasionwear. Built on Shopify.
Website Design
Navy and blue over near-black text. The palette runs a near-black #222222 for body text against a brand navy #273a45 and two supporting blues, #4e748b and #76a0b9, used across banners and accents, with white grounds throughout.
Serif accents over a sans base. Body and navigation type default to Helvetica and Arial style sans stacks, with Georgia and a light Gill Sans variant reserved for headings and pull quotes, giving otherwise plain pages a softer, editorial heading treatment.
Collaborator imagery mixed with flat product shots. Homepage collections pair styled photography of named collaborators, including Emily Tierney, Kim Turkington and Scarlet Martin, with plain product-on-white photography on the category pages themselves.
Shopping Experience
Menswear and womenswear run as parallel ranges. Women’s stock spans shirts and blouses, knitwear, dresses and outerwear; men’s spans casual shirts, polos, rugby shirts, trousers and accessories, each with its own New In and Sale sections.
Sale pricing shown against a struck-through original. Example listings include a Nelson Jersey Polo cut from GBP65 to GBP25 and an Abbott Broderie Shirt from GBP95 to GBP38, both displayed with the original price crossed out beside the reduced one.
A stated delivery threshold. Free UK delivery applies above GBP125, with UK exchanges and returns described as handled directly rather than through a named third-party returns portal.
Named curated edits. Beyond standard categories, the site groups stock into named edits such as the Beauchamp Collection and Laura Ann’s Edit, giving repeat shoppers a curated entry point distinct from the full New In or Sale listings.
Brand Storytelling
A home-away-from-home positioning. The brand states plainly that it makes “clothing that makes you feel at home, wherever you are,” tying the product to comfort rather than trend.
Tradition stated as a design principle. Further copy commits to “heritage-inspired designs” and doing things “properly,” repeating the brand’s British, made-to-last framing without an extended founder narrative.
Notable Features
A standing fabric care guide. A dedicated fabric care guide sits in the secondary navigation alongside sustainability information, kept separate from the general FAQ pages.
Careers and sustainability given equal footing. Both appear in the footer alongside standard account and legal links, rather than being folded into an About page.
Style collaborators used as repeat contributors. The same named individuals recur across seasonal collections rather than rotating a new set of faces each drop, giving the homepage a consistent, familiar cast across the year rather than a single one-off campaign face.
