CasaGIN is an Italian brand selling underwear, loungewear, t-shirts and home textiles made from natural and certified fabrics such as GOTS organic cotton, TENCEL Modal and Lyocell, bamboo and recycled nylon. The range covers women’s and men’s basics plus a specialized menstrual-brief and absorbent-swimwear line, made in Italy and sold to shoppers who prioritize fabric sourcing over trend. The store runs on Shopify.
Website Design
Black text on white, with one magenta accent. The interface stays black and white for navigation, product grids and typography, reserving a bright magenta for the top promotional banner and small “new” or “preorder” flag stickers on product photos.
Raleway as the only typeface. Headings, body copy and product names all use Raleway, a single geometric sans set in different weights, so the site’s structure relies on size and spacing rather than a second display face.
Consistent studio photography. Every product, from t-shirts to camisoles, is shot on the same plain-background studio setup with a front and back view, giving the grid a uniform, catalogue-like rhythm regardless of garment type.
Shopping Experience
An editorial intro above the grid. The women’s tops category opens with a short paragraph of Italian copy about the fabric philosophy before the product grid begins, rather than starting directly with products.
Fabric labeled on every card. Product tiles state the material in the title itself, for example “T-shirt over crop in 100% Cotone Biologico” or “Canotta in fibra di bambu,” so shoppers can compare fabric without opening each listing.
Multi-angle product pages with cross-sell. The T-shirt Over Crop page shows six images (front and back in three colorways), a star rating with review count, color and size selectors, an Add to Cart button and a purple Shop Pay button, followed by collapsed accordions for Description, Fit and Additional Information.
A visible review breakdown. Below the product, a reviews section shows a 5.0 average with a star-by-star percentage bar chart and individual written reviews, plus a prompt to write one.
Brand Storytelling
A tagline under the logo. The wordmark is paired with “benessere sostenibile” (sustainable wellbeing), repeating the brand’s core promise on every page rather than confining it to an about section.
Fabric education built into navigation. The site structure includes dedicated sections explaining fiber types and sourcing, treating material literacy as part of the shopping experience rather than a separate blog.
Notable Features
A country-specific shipping banner. The top bar states free shipping in Italy over a set order value, changing its threshold and currency automatically for other regions such as the UK checkout, which displays totals in GBP.
“You may also be interested in” cross-category suggestions. Rather than showing only similar tops, the recommendation row beneath a t-shirt mixes in a camisole, a men’s tee and underwear, encouraging shoppers to browse across categories.
Bank deposit as a payment option. Alongside card, PayPal and Shop Pay, checkout offers a direct bank deposit method, a less common inclusion aimed at European shoppers wary of card fees.
