Updated: September 11, 2026
Zimms Organics sells single-origin, single-varietal organic extra virgin olive oil from family farms in Northern California, split into a high-polyphenol HEAL+ line and a milder COOK line, sold as single bottles, multi-bottle cases and bundles through a Shopify store with a recurring subscription option.
Website Design
A cream ground with an olive-green voice. Pages sit on a warm off-white background, with body and heading text set in a dark olive green rather than pure black, and a terracotta orange reserved for banners and buttons.
Archivo for headings, Questrial for body. The pairing keeps headlines geometric and slightly condensed while paragraph text stays rounder and easier to read at small sizes.
Bottles against patterned grounds. Product shots place the dark glass bottles on an indigo pattern rather than plain white, then break into a lifestyle photo of a hand pouring oil into a glass.
Shopping Experience
A dense shop grid with status badges. Product cards carry a star rating, price, and a red Sale or Sold out flag where it applies, alongside bundles like the Ultimate Trifecta case shown at a stated discount.
Subscribe or buy once, chosen on the product page. Shoppers pick a recurring subscription at a stated discount or a one-time purchase before adding to cart, with a separate "Buy with shop" express button beneath the standard one.
A HEAL Details panel. Below the buy box, an expandable section states the single origin, single varietal, plot type, harvest date and polyphenol count in milligrams per kilogram for that specific bottle.
Reviews shown with customer photos. The product page displays an aggregate star score alongside photos submitted by reviewers, ahead of the written review list.
Checkout with express and subscription consent. Shop Pay and Google Pay sit above the standard delivery and card fields, and recurring orders carry an explicit statement that the card will be charged automatically until canceled, ahead of a terracotta Pay now button.
Brand Storytelling
A stated mission line. The footer reads "Empowering people to be healthier through natural, organic and quality food," tying the catalogue back to health rather than culinary use alone.
A sourcing story built on criteria. The About content describes searching for a farm that met a specific checklist: certified organic, single origin, single varietal, multiple varietals offered, and polyphenol levels above 330 milligrams per kilogram.
Health framing on the product page. HEAL+ is described as best consumed on its own rather than for cooking, with on-page text tying it to gut, brain and heart health.
Notable Features
A distinct HEAL and COOK split. The same olive oil is sold under two labels depending on polyphenol strength and intended use, rather than as one undifferentiated product line.
Package protection at checkout. An add-on line item for shipping protection appears in the cart summary alongside the subscription item.
A wider footer menu. Beyond Shop and About, the main navigation includes Blog, Affiliates, Wholesale, Contact and VIP, plus Instagram and TikTok links and a "Follow on Shop" button.
